Situational Tour location

This is approximately the location for my situational tour.  Google is a bit confused, because when i typed in the location, it pointed to the wrong spot.  The actual spot is about one block north of the marker.

Ideology: This place was built after they tore down an old strip mall with several family businesses. It is all artificial; there are fake rocks, fake facades, and fake trees. There are lots of neon lights.

Ritual: It is also a place to come out at night, to share stories and hang out with friends.

Security: It is not in a dangerous place, it’s suburban Maryland. It is well guarded and patrolled by police, and people come to be here because they feel safe.
